• Return within 30 days
If you are not happy with our products, you can return the items within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
• Return Items in New Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Return Fee
There is a return fee of $9.95 + taxes (United States & Canada). Additional charge applies for remote area.
• How do I return an item?
1) Email us at email@example.com or by submitting your request through the “Contact Us” page. Provide us your Full Name, Order Number, Product(s) you are returning, and Reason for the return.
2) All returns require prior approval. Once approved, we will email you the instruction for return as well as the prepaid shipping label.
• Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Restocking fee may be applied if the returned item(s) is not in its original condition or not in sellable condition.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 – 5 business days.
