Shipping to remote area

United States – For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Island, Military bases and other remote areas.

Canada – Shipping surcharge applies to addresses located in the remote areas in Canada.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

It is the responsibility of the customer to enter a correct shipping address. If the parcel is sent back to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the returned shipping charge of $12.95 + taxes will be applied. Express Service fee will not be refunded. Shipping surcharge applies for the remote area.

 

Unclaimed parcel/ Refused acceptance

For any reason, if the parcel has been unclaimed or refused by the customer and has been shipped back to us, the returned shipping charge of $12.95 + taxes will be applied. Shipping surcharge applies for the remote area.

 

International shipping

We currently do not ship to any countries other than United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Return Policy
